I. I got an email that someone shared a calendar or event with me – now what?

On the iPhone or Android app

1. Download the free app from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store.
2. Create an account using the same email.

The first time you open the app, you’ll see a red circle at the bottom of the screen next to the Activity tab

3. Open the Activity tab
4. Tap Yes to accept the share.
5. Tap No to ignore the share.

On the web app

1. Login through the web app at www.app.allcal.com
2. Create an account using the same email.
3. Look at options on left of screen and select the Activity tab
4. Click Yes to accept the share.
5. Tap No to ignore the share.

II. I downloaded the app, but don’t see the calendar or event that was shared with me. How do I find it?

Did you register with the same email? Make sure you registered with the same email address that was used to share the calendar or event with you.

Reload the app. Poor internet connection could delay the invitation. Try pulling down on the Activity screen, or kill the app and restart it.
